16mm film of tournaments held at Bellevue Golf Club in the late twenties and early thirties was uncovered from our archives. 16mm film was introduced by Eastman Kodak in 1923, making this a wonderful representation of an early home movie.
Former Bellevue golf champion Bruce Morrison took this footage and produced a video complete with music to pay tribute to the history of the club. We then used some more modern technology to encode the video and uploaded it to Bellevue’s new Youtube channel!
