Bellevue Golf Club is an elegant venue available for hosting an array of events. The Club is conveniently located in Melrose Massachusetts.

The Club has an accomplished staff that can assist planning any special event. We are experienced in hosting weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, anniversaries, birthdays, concerts, bereavements, and business meetings. The Club offers many amenities, including our full catering menu, wait-staff, and bar.

Event Planning Information for Non-Members

Room Rental Fees:
For a Four (4) Hour rental $500.00.
Wedding Receptions an additional $100.00 fee.
For weekday rates please call the office at 781-665-7900 x13 or x12

 White or Ivory Linen is included in the room rental charge. There is an additional fee for colored linens, floor length tableclothes and lace overlays.

Food Service for Bellevue Golf Club:

At Bellevue Golf Club we feature an excellent in-house Executive Chef, who offers a variety of menus for your upcoming event. 
Food from outside caterers is not permitted at the club.  With the exception special occasion cakes (weddings, birthdays, etc.)  There is a $1.00 per person cake cutting fee.
The hall rental manager will gladly discuss menu selections and pricing. 
Menus must be decided 10 working days prior to the function.

Split menus are allowed on the entrée portion of dinner only.  A $2.00 charge per entrée is charged for split entrees. A place card or ticket identifying the choice must be supplied by the host.

Consumer Alert

Please be advised that Public Health Services have determined that eating uncooked or
partially cooked meats, fish, poultry or eggs may present a health risk to your guests.

Beverage Service:
If the total beverage sales for your event are under $350.00 there will be an additional $65.00 Bartender fee added to your final bill.

Deposits and Payments:
Bellevue Golf Club requires a $500.00 deposit and a signed contract to guarantee your function.   PLEASE NOTE THAT all deposits are non-refundable. Full payment of your estimated bill must be received in the office two weeks prior to your function.  Please note that Bellevue Golf Club does accept Master Card and Visa.

Cancellation Policy:
Charges will apply as follows:
                Anytime after booking function – deposit non-refundable

Guaranteed Number of Guests:
You must call and give your final count by noon at least seven business days prior to your event. This is the Guaranteed Minimum and is not subject to reduction.   If we do not receive a guarantee, we may find it necessary to charge based on the original estimate.  Functions which do not meet these minimums or which require no food may be subject to an extra charge for wait staff or attendants as needed. 

Massachusetts Sales Tax, Local Meals Tax and Clubhouse Charge:
6.25% is applicable to all items charged to a function, a.75% local meals tax,  also a 17% Clubhouse charge will be added to all function related charges.

Tax exempt groups must provide a Massachusetts State Exempt Organization Certification.

Outside Rentals:
Outside rentals are permitted. The Club can also make the arrangements for you. Tables, audiovisual equipment, chairs, linens etc., may be ordered through the office.

Decorations:
Such as fresh floral centerpieces and ice sculptures may be purchased through the office. The Club will not permit the affixing of objects to the walls, light fixtures or ceilings without the approval of the hall rental manager.  Also no confetti or rice allowed.

Deliveries and Pickups:
Deliveries may be made prior to your event as long as you have contacted the Hall Rental Manager. Hosts wishing to leave anything at the Club following an event must make special arrangements with the hall rental manager to pick up the items on the following day. Bellevue Golf Club is not responsible for any items left in the building following an event.  Bellevue Golf Club is not Responsible for Damage or Theft of any belongings left in the Club prior to, during or following the function. Any damage to the Club or its furnishings during an event will be the responsibility of the renter.  Bellevue Golf Club reserves the right to inspect and control all events held on the premises. 

No food may be taken out of the Club.
