It was a pleasure speaking with you regarding your upcoming event. The following outlines your requirements, as I understand them.

Date of Function:

Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the Event Planning Information, which explains the Club's policies on menus, guarantees, cancellations etc.

If you will be serving alcoholic beverages at your event, please be advised that you will be fully responsible for the safety of your guests both inside and outside the Clubhouse. You will also be responsible for any damages incurred to the Clubhouse or its property during your event.

Please note that a 17% Clubhouse Charge,  6.25% Massachusetts State Tax, and a .75% Local Meals Tax will be added to all function bills. Full payment of the estimated bill is due two weeks prior to the start of the event.  Please note that Bellevue Golf Club does not accepted Credit Cards.

If all is in order, please sign and return this contract with your deposit of $500.00.   Please note this deposit is non-refundable. This will serve as a definite confirmation.
