PGA Assistant Golf Professional – Joe Dargin

Joe Dargin joined the Bellevue Golf Club staff as a PGA Assistant Professional in 2017. After growing up and graduating high school in Acton, Massachusetts, Joe attended Methodist University in Fayetteville North Carolina and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Professional Golf Management. While at Methodist University he interned at Sankaty Head Golf Club on Nantucket and Butterbrook Golf Club in Westford, Massachusetts.  Joe also was a Francis Ouimet scholar all four years at Methodist University.

After graduation in 2013, he worked as a staff assistant at Farmington Country Club in Charlottesville, Virginia. Farmington Country Club is a high-end country club with over a thousand members and ton of family programing. During the two years at the club, Joe gained vast experience in the areas of tournament operations, junior golf and providing hospitality in a fast-paced club environment.

In 2015 Joe became the PGA Assistant Professional at North Palm Beach Country Club in North Palm Beach Florida.  At North Palm Beach Country Club, he developed a reputation as a great instructor and grew the game through junior golf programing, the PGA of America program “Get-Golf-Ready” clinics, and individual/group instruction to golfers of all ranges. In addition to golf instruction at North Palm Beach Country Club Joe ran weekly leagues and organized all member events.

Joe is thrilled to be back in New England and excited about spending more time with his family. He looks forward to the opportunity to deliver the highest level of customer service to the Bellevue Golf Club members and their guests.
